Shipping Policy

At Peresetski, we work to get your order on its way as quickly as possible.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 business day.

Orders are generally shipped the next business day after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information when available.

United States Shipping

We currently ship orders to customers within the United States.

Orders may be shipped using USPS or through one of our trusted fulfillment partners, depending on the product and fulfillment location.

Some products may be shipped from outside the United States directly to your U.S. shipping address.

If an item is being shipped from outside the United States, the applicable shipping information and estimated delivery timeframe will be clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

You will not be responsible for applicable customs duties or import charges on eligible orders. Peresetski takes care of these charges when applicable.

Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout when available.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product, shipping method, destination, carrier, and fulfillment location.

While we work to ship orders quickly, delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other circumstances outside our control may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Please allow some time for tracking information to update after the package has been accepted by the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be delayed or lost, please contact us. We will work with the shipping carrier or fulfillment partner to help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us so we can determine the available options for reshipment or refund.
